When the following appearances occur, it is indicated that the clutch piece should be changed.

1. Clutch is much higher. When step clutch to the end to hang the gear, originally foot lift one cm the vehicle should go, now lift two cm to go, which shows the clutch disc is relatively thin, and it needs to lift much more to make clutch disc jointed

2. The vehicle's power has gone down. Engine without any abnormalities, whether starting or climbing, it feels like the vehicle is not strong. Engine speed is very high, the vehicle is still insufficient power, it indicates the clutch has skidding phenomenon.

3. Driving at high speed, the reaction to accelerator is slow. The throttle is added, but it seems that just the engine is idling and the vehicle does not accelerate, that is, the clutch is skidding. A bit more serious, originally engine 1800 turns can make the speed to be 80km/h, now it needs 2000 turns.

4. When the clutch surface is uneven, whether thick or thin, it needs to be replaced. When start the motor, the vehicle jitter is fierce; and at half-clutch state jitter is also fierce. It is indicated the clutch surface is uneven. This situation mostly caused by the bad quality of the clutch disc.

5.Fuel consumption suddenly increased. When one of the above four conditions occurs, accompanied with the increase in fuel consumption, it basically can be confirmed the clutch is broken

Normally change clutch need to replace three parts, pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearings, commonly known as clutch three-piece set.
