How to use Air Suspension Springs correctly

1. According to experience, the vehicle with air suspension should be run on the pavement second class or above. When running on bad road surface, it is necessary to slow down the speed, generally not more than 30 km/h.
2. For buses with air suspension springs, it is not allowed to overload and must be loaded in accordance with the vehicle's limited load strictly. Overloading is not more than 10% even if running on good condition roads such as highways and first-class road.
3. Gas supply pressure of suspension system should be kept between the 6.1~8bar.
4. Rubber parts in air springs (except polyurethane parts) prohibit using and contacting lubricating oil, grease
5. In case of a small fault, such as air pipe leakage or accidental damage to the airbag, etc., the bus should be derived at low speed to the nearest service station for repairing as soon as possible
