How to replace the truck air spring
Large trucks generally install air springs, but the air springs are easily worn. When the air spring is worn out, we should replace it in time to avoid accidental occurrence. Due to the natural aging of rubber and other reasons, there will be small cracks along the circumferential direction. If the fabric layer is exposed in the crack, it needs to be replaced regardless of the size of the exposed area.

1. Firstly, use the thumb of both hands to hold the upper end of the port, while the four points inward squeeze the middle part of the airbag, and downward compression to about one hand width.
2. Place the compressed air spring between the piston and the top plate, and make sure to place the air spring with trademark upwards.
3. Fix the lower port on the annular seat of the piston and then fix the upper port on the annular seat under the Roof. In the entire installation process, be sure to take protective measures to support the frame and axle, so as to avoid personnel injury caused by the body slipping.
4. Pressurize the air spring so that its upper and lower ports are precisely mounted between the top and the piston, and then the port will quickly slide into correct place.
5. Lowering the vehicle, the air spring will automatically tumble down along the piston. Installation is over finally.
