If the clutchs dont separate, how to solve it?
First of all, you have to check if brake fluid in the clutch oil shell is enough. If the oil is enough, please step clutch several times and then see if the hanging gear has improved. If there is an improvement, it shows there is air in clutch oil, so please empty the air first.
If the oil is enough, please check the clutch master cylinder and slave to see if there is any oil leakage. If there is oil leakage and you don’t consider repairing it, please replace the master cylinder or slave cylinder.
After replacing the oil leaking master cylinder or salve cylinder, please add the brake fluid to the oil shell at the clutch master cylinder; and then get an another person help you. One person on the vehicle step the clutch several times, another person empty the air and then lock air screws. Repeat the above process until there is no air bubbles come out from the air release screws. Lock the air screws and check the free gap of push rod between clutch master cylinder and slave, generally about two to three mm.
Clean oil stains and get in the vehicle to step on the clutch hanging gear, see if the clutch separation is normal and hanging gear is smooth. If the clutch separation is normal and no other faults, it is indicated the malfunction is solved.
